At Badr Al Samaa we touch thousands of lives every day with care and compassion. It feels great to be rewarded for our tireless commitment towards patient satisfaction. Badr Al Samaa will continue this legacy always because smile on the faces of our patient matters us the most.”
They further said, “This moment is special and different. Unlike other awards, this time we are not chosen by jury but by the people themselves who have developed immense faith and trust in us since we started in 2002. We express our gratitude to our patients, who have entrusted their health in our hands. And we thank our doctors, nurses, paramedics, and all our staff for contributing to this feat which we achieved today”.
Over the years Badr Al Samaa has built a legacy of not only extending quality healthcare services to the patients but enriching their lives by health awareness initiatives and focus on preventive medicine. The group is determined on regularly upgrading the doctor fraternity with knowledge by medical programs like CMEs and Medical Workshops. Free medical screening camps, health talks and blood donation camps are organized at regular intervals, as a part of their Corporate Social Responsibility. Patients are the prime of their focus but they are well focused to add value to all the stake holders.
It is the trust of the people that helped us to grow from a humble beginning as Polyclinic in 2002 to become the largest private healthcare group of Oman. The group has become multinational, having presence in UAE, Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait. Growing with the trust and confidence of its patients, the group is on an aggressive expansion mode with advanced facilities coming up in Sohar, Suwaiq and Mabella. Apart from geographical expansions, they are technologically upgrading with new diagnostic and therapeutic modalities are introduced from time to time. The group is adding more medical programs and highly acclaimed doctors to help people save time and cost which otherwise they incur in traveling abroad for treatment.
